Someone out there could use a random act.
Trump Accounts let people other than a child's parents contribute: grandparents, friends, neighbors, and people who've never met them. Families can share an official contribution link to make that easy.
Random Act of Giving takes that one step further. You don't choose who to give to. You choose to give, and we pick a random account from a pool of links that families have shared.
You won't get a thank-you note. You probably won't ever know who they are. That's what makes it random.
What we are not
- Not a fundraising site. No child profiles, photos, stories, goals or follower counts.
- Not a financial platform. No payments, balances or contribution processing. Money never touches us.
- Not a directory. You can't browse or search for kids. There is no list of accounts.
- Not a charity. Personal contributions to a Trump Account aren't charitable donations, and we don't present them that way.
Five principles
Random. The visitor doesn't choose the recipient. Fair. Nobody pays for placement. Private. We collect as little as possible. Direct. Contributions happen through the official system. Transparent. We say exactly what we measure, and a redirect is never called a contribution.
